Cyop & kaf use painting, although they sometimes stumbles into the written word, urban design and photography. When they first got hold of a camera they embarked on what turned out to be a three year relationship with the Spanish quarters in Naples. The outcome of this work was a book, QS, and now a film, Il segreto. Two composite works that seek to illustrate the complexity of a neighbourhood smeared by prejudice. An attempt to see behind and beyond the often brutal appearance of things.
