Has worked on creative documentaries since 2000 as a director and cinematographer.
Since 2001 he has worked in the Bergamo area with a number of theatre directors and with Lab80Film, with whom he has made several documentaries. In 2003 he worked as assistant director on the film "Dopo mezzanotte" by Davide Ferrario. This partnership continued in 2005, when he shot the Moldova part of the documentary "La strada di Levi". His most significant film, "Di madre in figlia" (2008), was the only Italian documentary selected for the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival.
