Brief synopsis:
Susy is a prostitute in Milan and one day she learns that one of her clients, Baron Colletta of Sant'Omero, made a will before to die, leaving her a castle. When she arrives at the Calabrian village to receive the inheritance everyone thinks she is the widow of the baron. The property is tempting to many, including the mayor, Peppino De Filippo. Everyone would like to grab it by paying little money because an industrial project is underway to enrich the village and especially those who administer it. But the woman is not stupid and prepares a plan to get advantage by the situation. Not only she manages to get the help from the town council to keep the ground but she seduces Corrado, a technician who works for the factories in the neighborhood.
