Il Napoli Film Festival lancia un ponte verso la sponda sud del Mediterraneo e stringe un gemellaggio artistico, ma anche con un occhio allo sviluppo commerciale del cinema, con il Festival International du Film d'Auteur de Rabat che si svolge ogni anno a fine giugno nella capitale marocchina.
