Brief synopsis:

Formia is a small town, a narrow strip of land squeezed between the sea and the mountains. Formia is only walkable in two directions: forward and backward. Thus the lives of four young characters: the space in which they can move is restricted, the prospects are limited. Victims of an old town, that doesn’t grant them much., and also of the worst economic crisis of the past eighty years, the four are accomplices in this situation. They are oppressors and victims at the same time, unable to desire and demand, they are always kind, asking permission. Perhaps their parents’ sofas are too comfortable, so they lay there, struggling just enough to say: I tried. Maybe. Because then the discomfort comes back strong, along with the need to find a way, a purpose, something to fight for. An idea as any. It doesn’t matter.
