Alex was born the son of Korean immigrants in Vienna, Austria in 1975. After completing his studies with an MA in International Business in the US, Alex initially worked as a Liaison Officer of an Ambassador in Vienna. Meanwhile, he has always pursued creative writing, creating several short stories and novels. In 2003 he enrolled at a film school. His short film Muriendo won a honorable mention at the Bridge Fest in Canada, as well as the Busseto Music Film Festival in Italy. His first feauture film La vie nous appartient was released in fall 2014. Other two projects (Stage Left and No contact)are in the midst of the financial phases.
