The documentary turns on the spotlight, starting from the Lucanian context, on a problem of absolute universal relevance: how to preserve the good “water”. A sort of original Canzoniere (Petrarca)in which the author scours, explores the state of water system in Basilicata. An interpretation that could surprise even the Lucanians themselves who do not know their territory throroughly. The cameras linger on mountains, sea, waterways, along the path of disarming beauties in the story of a land that has not yet taken full consciousness of its wealth.
