From the age of eighteen his interest in philosophy was paired with a passion for film, earning him a degree in Philosophy (Aesthetics) at the Federico II University of Naples. At the same time he worked as a screenwriter, assistant director and assistant-editor on numerous commercials, short films and feature films in Italy. In 2010 he moved to London - where he now works - to do the Master of Arts in Filmmaking at the London Film School, directed by Mike Leigh. Uoldìsnei – shot entirely in Naples and completed in May 2013 – was his graduation film for the LFS.
