Set in the world of the mafia, the story begins with an ambush against professional assassin Salvo and his boss. Salvo must therefore carry out an honour revenge attack and kill the organiser of the attempted assassination. On reaching his target's house, he comes across the killer's blind sister. Salvo completes his task, despite the girl's attempt to warn her brother. But as he points the gun at the girl, intending to kill her, he puts his bloodied hands on her face and she miraculously regains her sight. Salvo is so shocked he decides to keep it from his boss and instead says he has killed her. He starts bringing the girl food to help her survive.
