O 'Marchese - The Story of a Homeless, is a journey into the world of homeless people. Its aim is to redeem the image of such people, so often denigrated by society. The short film tells the story of a "tramp" (known as 'The Marquis' on account of his noble origins), and a bunch of kids who have fun victimising him. One of the boys, Tonino, turns out to be the nephew of the Marquis. The kids are prompted to reconsider their notions of these people, who are basically the same as the rest of us.
