Lili Horvat è nata nel 1962 ed è cresciuta a Budapest. Ha studiato arti audiovisive alla Sorbnne Nouvelle di Parigi e regia cinematografica all'Università di teatro e cinema di Budapest. The Wednesday Child, il suo primo lungometraggio, ha vinto il concorso East of the West a Karlovy Vary 2015 e ha ricevuto numerosi premi in tutto il mondo. Nel 2016, Lili ha co-fondato la società di produzione Poste Restante che ha prodotto il suo secondo lungometraggio Preparativi per stare insieme per un periodo sconosciuto.

He was born in Abruzzo from a doctor father and a teacher mother. He graduated from a scientific high school and then attended the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome. His acting career starts in the theater: directed by Gigi Proietti, in Romeo and Juliet, a show that inaugurates the Silvano Toti Globe Theater in Rome.

Liza

Liza is thirty years old, but looks less. She is tall and very thin. Her big brown eyes are adorned with black makeup. Liza hates almost everything. She even hates eating. More than anything else, she hates being touched. This makes her as vulnerable as the night. Only music can touch Liza and her ever-present blue bass is tangible proof of this. But the sight of a man and a little girl brings back sudden and terrible memories of the past.

Giordana is a special guest at the Dormitory Public of Naples: while recovering from eye surgery she takes up the option of resting in the facility from 8.30 to 14.30, when regulations require everyone to leave. During these days she passes the time with crosswords and television, suffused in deep and unending solitude. Sundays however offer her an opportunity for entertainment, thanks to the festivities of the historic centre and a playful spirit that won't easily be forgotten.

With Mathieu Amalric, Emmanuelle Seigner, Marie-Josée Croze, Anne Consigny and Patrick Chesnais. Based on Jean-Dominique Bauby's autobiographical poem, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, in which Bauby describes his life after having stroke at age 43. His brain no longer has any connection to the nervous system. He lost the use of the word and the right eye too. The only kind of communication left is the eyelid blink. He try to find the strength to face the new days.
