(Napoli, 1978) è critico cinematografico, curatore, producer. Ha scritto per «Napoli Monitor» e «Sentieri selvaggi», è redattore di «Schermaglie cinema, inoltre». Ha preso parte, con due saggi sul cinema napoletano, al volume collettivo Lo stato della città (Monitor 2016). Come curatore indipendente ha realizzato retrospettive monografiche, cicli di proiezioni e laboratori sul cinema. Attualmente è impegnato nella produzione del film Gli ultimi giorni dell’umanità per la regia di Enrico Ghezzi e Alessandro Gagliardo.
E’ uno sceneggiatore, regista e produttore specializzato in film d'animazione. E’ anche voce narrante, scrive libri per bambini e crea kamishibaïs (teatro delle immagini) per spettacoli dal vivo. Dopo L'Écluse, breve fiction coreografica realizzata nel 2000, ha scritto e diretto numerosi cortometraggi animati, tra cui: una trilogia coreografica (Signs of life, 2004), una trilogia poetica che ha co-diretto con Christophe Gautry (La Vita Nuova, The Lunatic Council e An Interrupted Show), Fossil Memory, codiretto con Anne-Laure Totaro.

Arthur Harari is an actor, writer and director. He directed his first short film Des jours dans la rue in 2005. In 2013 played in Justine Triet’s La bataille de Solferino.
