Nato a Napoli nel 1977. Ha fondato l'associazione Voice Off a Modena nel 2009 per la produzione di film documentari e seminari video partecipativi. Realizza video con rifugiati politici, adolescenti di seconda generazione, giovani serbi e camerunesi, anziani, disabili.
Nel 2010 partecipa al Laboratorio FareCinema al Festival di Bobbio con la direzione artistica di Marco Bellocchio e Daniele Segre. Tra il 2008 e il 2017 ha diretto otto documentari.

Cristina Picchi è una regista e visual artist italiana, attualmente residente a Londra. I suoi film sono stati presentati in festival (Venezia, Locarno, San Francisco, etc) e gallerie di tutto il mondo vincendo premi, tra gli altri, ai Festival di Locarno, Clermont-Ferrand e Thessaloniki. Nel 2013 è stata nominata per il Miglior Cortometraggio agli European Film Awards. Dopo la laurea in letteratura all’Università di Pisa, ha ottenuto un Master in documentario cinematografico alla Goldsmiths University of London.
Wealthy industrialist Enrico Fontana hires a detective to investigate the past of his young wife Paola, to whom he has been married for seven years. The detective Carloni goes to Ferrara where Paola had spent her youth. There he meets Matilde. She tells Guido, one of Paola's former lovers, that a suspicious man is investigating him. Paola starts seeing Guido again while the detective discovers that Giovanna, Guido's former girlfriend, died after falling into a lift shaft a few days before their wedding.
